Data Cartels Chapters 3 and 4

We’re unpacking how Sarah Lamdan, former NYU professor and law librarian turned ALA policy leader, investigated database and technology vendors’ roles in ICE surveillance and data mining, among other harmful practices. Written in 2022, Data Cartels is especially relevant now. There are copies in Patuxent, Hornbake, and AV Williams.
