Microsoft recently announced the public preview of an all new, AI-powered Bing search engine and Edge browser to deliver better search, more complete answers, a new chat experience and the ability to generate content. The company believes this new functionality will help people everywhere get more from search and the web. During this talk, Michael will provide an overview of new Bing features, share how he believes it will change search forever, and talk about some of the early lessons learned from the launch.

Bio:

Michael Schechter is the Vice President of Microsoft Bing’s Growth and Distribution team, which is responsible for developing new search experiences that delight users everywhere. A University of Maryland alumni (’01, computer science), Michael has spent the last 20 years at Microsoft working in a variety of engineering and product leadership roles. With the last 15 years focused on web search, Michael has a unique perspective on how search has evolved and where it is heading.
