It’s no secret that the tech job market has been challenging to navigate recently. Many have faced frustrating and disappointing realities between layoffs and highly competitive hiring processes.

However, that doesn’t mean there isn’t hope! Recent data suggests that the job market is starting to move in the right direction, but you don’t want to assume everything will change for you without some additional effort. There will always be job hunt aspects outside your control, so let’s focus on what you CAN control.
