Cloud Computing changes have shifted organizational paradigms around how work is performed and where that Enterprise data lives. The COVID-19 pandemic catalyzed a move to the cloud within many small and medium businesses. So much so that currently the ERP market size in North America is worth over $10 billion. However, moving to the cloud is expensive in many ways. Often it requires large investments of time, money, and people over several iterations to reach optimization. ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems help alleviate these issues by providing cohesive Software and Infrastructure products that minimize friction as an organization moves its operations onto the cloud. PARA consulting focuses on understanding the ins and outs of a business with the goal of enhancing its ERP practice. Implementing an ERP is complex, however, because businesses are often consolidating an entire business operation onto a single managed platform that may not be designed to meet the specific needs of niche industries.

In this talk representatives from PARA Consulting will discuss how organizations leverage enterprise data systems to solve unique operational challenges. Many different types of organizations face similar ERP challenges, from agriculture to healthcare to web3. PARA will share its perspective on the Enterprise Data landscape and share its employment plans and expectations to grow its team to meet emerging needs.
