BIO

Dr. Katrina Fenlon is also a faculty affiliate of the Maryland Institute for Technology in the Humanities. Her research focuses on the changing shape of the scholarly knowledge ecosystem. She employs qualitative methods to study diversifying forms of cultural evidence and humanities scholarly production, along with their implications for information practices, digital curation, data models and standards, and research infrastructures across disciplines. Her work aims to advance the capacity of communities and knowledge organizations to create and sustain meaningful, inclusive, impactful digital collections that, in turn, support the advancement of knowledge and the endurance of communities.
