Colleen Wood is a reference librarian in a public library and is dedicated to providing access and inclusive information services to improve the knowledge and wellbeing of all members of the community. She has a diverse mixture of cultural and business experience in three countries and together with her past experience as an analyst programmer, she explores all options to further serve user information needs – either through diversifying a library collection or reaching out to underrepresented populations.
