BIO

Britney Bibeault is a PhD student at the University of Maryland College of Information Studies (INFO). Her research focuses on community archives, memory making, and making mainstream archives, museums, and libraries more accessible to marginalized peoples. Britney holds an MLIS with a certificate in Archival Studies from the University of Arizona, a B.A. in History from Northern Arizona University, and a B.A. in Anthropology with an emphasis in Archaeology from Northern Arizona University. She worked for four years as a student assistant at the Special Collections and Archives at Northern Arizona University during her undergraduate career.
